At HydroHeim, we stand behind the quality of EmGuarde and offer a 30-day trial period for you to experience its benefits. If you decide that EmGuarde is not the right fit for you, please follow the steps below to request a return.
📅 Return Request Deadline
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Late requests will not be accepted, and the remaining balance will be charged as per the agreed payment terms.
⚠ Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the device must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Must be in original, unused condition
- ✅ All accessories, packaging, and manuals must be included
- ✅ No visible damage, scratches, or signs of wear
- ✅ Must be returned in the original protective packaging
Important: If any part is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the deposit amount.
🚚 Return Shipping & Processing
- 📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- 📦 The item must be shipped using a tracked and insured service
- 📦 Refunds will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned item
- 📦 If the return is approved, the deposit will be refunded minus a handling & processing fee of 5%
🔁 Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

❌ Late Returns & Cancellations
Any return request after 30 days will not be accepted, and the full balance will be charged. If a return is initiated but not shipped within the provided timeframe, it will be considered void.
